Say High started as a cannabis infused catering and event company after I realized something was missing: thoughtfully prepared food that was actually good, and elevated experiences made for adults who enjoy cannabis.
The idea was simple: Give food a mood.
Our Story
What started around the table didn’t stay there for long.
Say High grew into original recipes, specialty products, limited edition Kollections, and Konsulting, all with the same goal: bringing a little more kreativity, kuriosity, and personality into everyday life.
But more than anything, I wanted to create a space for professional stoners…ya know, people who enjoy cannabis and still have careers, businesses, families, responsibilities, and shit to do. A place where they could find the food they actually want to eat, the products they wish somebody would make, and a brand that speaks to them without the stereotypes or judgment.
Then something unexpected happened.
As a neurodivergent creator, I started noticing just how much the stoner and neurodivergent worlds overlap. We like things that make life easier. We chase random ideas. We get distracted. We get creative. Sometimes our brains take the scenic route, and honestly, some pretty dope ideas happen along the way.
That connection helped Say High become something bigger than I originally imagined: a home for elevated, distracted, kreative, kurious, and wonderfully wandering minds.
And somewhere in all that beautiful chaos, the ApotheKary Fairy 🧚🏾♂️ was born; my playful alter ego and the slightly magical, occasionally unhinged spirit behind the ideas, products, recipes, and elevated experiences of Say High.
